The Day I Almost Quit...Again!

Maybe it's a 2024 thing, but we are only in the second month of the year and I've threatened to quit twice already. While making Super Bowl cookies, I struggled so bad with projecting on images and flooding consistency that all I could say to myself is - I've been doing this way too long to not have this figured out by now.

Then I thought, let's focus on a better way to get orders done and made faster, narrow the number of things that I offer - and I can make the best use of my time. Think about it. $37/dozen - 1 order of a dozen. It takes me 6 hours to do it. Never mind what it cost to make it. What am I really paying myself to do these? There has to be another item that offsets the time it takes to make these - something less time consuming but worth the same.

Cookie flash sales? Subscriptions? Like, simple cookies - nothing themed or iced. Just simple flavors - a variety. Looking for feedback. You know, the kind of cookies you buy because you just want something sweet in the house - not for a special occasion. We can call them the non-special occasion cookie for the every day sweet tooth!
